Continued community partnerships to increase inclusivity, equity and diversity in decision-making roles that affect accessibility to resources in underrepresented, low-resourced neighborhoods
Since 2019, and with Partnerships for local hiring, we provide training and Career Readiness Workshops to help build self-sustainability, financial literacy and management, and economic empowerment and have helped over 50 community members find careers.
